Lately I haven't been eating much. Food doesn't seem appealing even though I'm hungry and feel weak...That's not healthy and I know it but I feel sick when thinking about food. I tried drinking milk so I don't pass out with the lack of food in my stomach but I am tempted to also dump that in the sink too. I had half a bowl of cereal for breakfast and the rest went into the bin. Had less than half of my lunch and added that to the bin. Dinner also joined the food in the bin...
I usually don't waste that much food. " Wasting food is a sin" is what I'm brought up to believe.
If I close my eyes, the words would fall onto paper. They would shift into place and arrange into art. They would describe a story of great love and adventure. I just need to close my eyes and dream.

Are you stressed/anxious? I find that when a lot is happening I can hardly eat too - sometimes even the thought of it makes me feel sick..
Or have you started taking any medication or something different?
My doctor told me you can go without food for days, it's water you can't. Make sure you drink lots of water to keep you hydrated and maybe try eating something light like sorbet or fruit salad? The last thing you want is a big heavy meal.

@Katieleigh: I'm not sure if I'm stressed enough to lose appetite since it never happened before. But I'm not on any medication though. Thanks^^ I'll make sure to drink plenty of water.
